I cannot believe it! It seems that, because of some sort of secrecy over his personal file. This guy was not placed on the list to be given a medical examination when he was first admitted to the Academy.
Our campuses offer a range of scholarships to young men from poor backgrounds who show promise of outstanding physical development. But our other students with a more academic focus are also expected to take a full part in our sports activities too.
